Some events start out small and grow over time, there are outdoor events that begin with just a few people and are eventually attended by thousands. DJ Lil Ray’s Clubhouse Jamboree is not one of those events. It was never and is not now a small event, it’s been a big deal from the beginning by the way, the beginning is fourteen years ago. Over the years the Jamboree has become a tradition amongst the dance music community.
For many people the event is a chance to reconnect with old friends. Some of these friends haven’t seen each other in years. It’s a family friendly event as well and a lot of former Paradise Garage members have introduced their children and family to this music by attending the Jamboree.
