Anyone who knows anything about house music will know the name Terry Farley. From his hugely popular Faith parties, to the acid house days of Shoom, Terry has been involved in house music  and the UK scene from the word go.

In the nineties, Terry launched a label called Junior Boys Own. Back then, you could buy records on labels like Tribal (UK and US), Slip 'n Slide, Sub Urban, Strictly Rhythm and Talking Loud without listening to the tracks first. The quality of these labels and their A&R dept's just meant you were very unlikely to get a poor release.

Junior Boys Own was soon admitted into this club with a string of fine releases.

Junior Boys Own was the sibling to Boys Own Records, which had releases such as Bocca Juniors - Raise Your Hands. ('Raise your hands if you think you understand, raise your standards if you don't...' it's still one of the best lines in a record
