I've said this before time and time again, but one thing that personally pleases me about creating souledUp, is when you get to interview people that you've met through clubbing and music, who have become friends of yours, whilst also making a name for themselves in the scene.
We've a lot of up and coming talent, mainly in our New Talent section to showcase this year, but for Simon Finnegan and Marcus Harris aka Tone Control, they deserve their place alongside the big boys and girls and on the main page!
Simon and I nearly shared a flat together, I also moved over to Islington, but wasn't able to move in at the time needed. (Cue Si breathing a massive relief!) Suffice to say if I had though, we'd have had the ultimate in an exclusive story of a new production duo destined for big things!
Tone Control are to North London, what MURK were to Miami....OK, they're not quite that big yet, but I wouldn't bet against them achieving that status. Their productions really excite us here
